I’m a textile artist with a passion for everything handmade.

I grew up around art – a home filled with endless choices to choose from:  acrylic, oil and watercolors, clay, mounds of yarn, piles of material and spools of colorful thread. I was excited to see the patterns and textures, always “borrowing” my mother’s materials (and sewing machine) wanting to unleash the maker in me and share in the joy of creating.

Fast forward, many broken needles, tangled thread and meters of material, I still feel the same joy from my childhood when working in my studio where I am transported back in time to that very happy space… no rules, no restrictions and the freedom to make and create.
